Definitions & Legal Agreement

Welcome to Arrow Sprint Out ("App", "Game", "we", "us", or "our"). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Arrow Sprint Out. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and this Privacy Policy.

• Support messages and contact details (email, name)
• PayPal email or payout account ID when requesting withdrawals
• Optional profile information (avatar, nickname)

Purposes of Processing

Information Sharing & Disclosure

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Analytics, cloud hosting (e.g., Firebase), crash reporting, and ad mediation partners. They are contractually bound to process data only on our behalf.
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before any such change.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
• With Your Consent: For any other purpose disclosed to you and with your explicit consent.

💰 PayPal Data Commitment: PayPal email is collected solely to fulfill payout requests you initiate. It is never sold, rented, or used for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & International Transfers

Data Retention

• We retain personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
• After 90 days of inactivity (no login or session), personal identifiers are deleted or anonymized from active systems.
• Aggregated or de-identified usage data may be retained longer for analytical improvements.
• Extended retention may occur if required by law, for litigation, or fraud prevention (subject to legal limits).

App Permissions Explained

VIBRATE	Provide optional haptic feedback for an immersive experience.
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS	Support Topics API for interest-based advertising.
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION	Enable ad campaign measurement and attribution.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE	Run essential background tasks (e.g., asset downloads).

You can revoke permissions anytime via your device settings, but some features may be affected.

Data Security Measures

🔒 Encryption in transit: TLS 1.2+ enforced, with AES-256 for sensitive payloads.
🔐 Access controls: Strict role-based access to production data, regular audits.
📋 Security assessments: Quarterly penetration testing and vulnerability scans.
⚠️ Incident response: In case of a data breach, we will notify affected users and regulators within 72 hours where required.

While no system is 100% secure, we continuously improve safeguards to protect your information.

How to Opt Out & "Do Not Sell"

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

⚙️ In-App Controls

Open Arrow Sprint Out → Settings → Privacy Center → Toggle "Personalized Ads" off.

🚫 "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"

California, Colorado, and Virginia residents may submit a request by emailing AbuskaErbakantur@icloud.com with subject "Do Not Sell My Info". We will respond within 15 business days.

Children's Privacy

Arrow Sprint Out is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at AbuskaErbakantur@icloud.com, and we will delete such information promptly.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes (e.g., new data collection purposes) will be notified via an in-app notice or email. The revised version will become effective on the posted "Effective Date". Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
